Nick Morris


Nick Morris began his career as an editor, cutting classic Music Videos for artists including Queen, Duran Duran, Iron Maiden, and Bonnie Tyler’s “Total Eclipse of the Heart” (for which he received a D & AD award).

He then moved into directing, shooting over 120 music videos and long forms for artists as diverse as Stevie Wonder, Kirsty McCall, Go West, Status Quo, Natalie Cole and The Scorpions in the USSR.

Nick has directed many TV/DVD projects including The Mighty Boosh, Bill Bailey, Cat Stevens, Mitchell & Webb, The Cirque Du Soleil’s “Varekai” and “Alegria” (which was nominated for a Primetime Emmy), Jamiroquai, AC/DC, Shaolin Monks, Roger Waters’ “Dark Side Of The Moon Live”, and a production of “Jesus Christ Superstar”, which won an International Emmy. In addition, he has directed many theatrical promo videos, including those for The Producers, Spamalot!, Hairspray, and Guys & Dolls.
